Can I Return A Purchase?
Yes, ASG Auto Parts Accepts returns as long as it’s within 30 days of receiving your order and the product is:
- unused and not altered.
- includes all items, manuals and accessories originally shipped with the package.
- in resalable condition.
All returns and exchanges must be authorized first. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ask us about our return shipping option. Please note: The return shipping carrier must have a valid tracking number (we are not responsible for returns lost by shipping carriers).
Can I Exchange A Part?
If the part meets the above requirements, it should be eligible for exchange. Contact us for an RMA Number to arrange your exchange and please understand you will need to pay for the return shipping.
How Do I Return An Item?
Contact us to arrange your return. If the part meets the above criteria, we’ll issue an RMA for your return. Any return that does not include an RMA number, will be refused and sent back. lease ask us about our return shipping option. Your return must have a valid tracking number (we are not responsible for returns lost by shipping carriers).
Note: We reserve the right to refuse and return any parts that we find to have been installed, used, or are not resalable.
What If I Ordered The Wrong Rack?
You’re welcome to return it as long as it’s within 30 days of receipt, and meets all of the requirements listed above. Please contact us for an RMA number to begin the process.
How Long Do I Have To Return A Product?
You have 30 days after receipt of the part to return it.
What If It Has Been More Than 30 Days, Can I Return A Product?
All ASG Auto Sports customers must request a Return Authorization Number (RMA) within 30 days of purchase. After the 30-day return window, there will be a 10% deduction fee for every 2 weeks the return is late. No refunds are given after 60 days of order payment date.
Can I Return A Purchase For Any Reason?
Yes, as long as it meets the requirements listed above.
Are There Certain Products I Can’t Return?
Yes. We cannot accept returns on:
- used parts.
- parts that have been installed, altered, scratched, or otherwise damaged.
Do I Have To Pay Any Restocking Fees?
Any RMA return found not to be defective when inspected, will incur a return shipping charge/restocking fee.
What If The Product Is Defective Or Damaged?
If a part arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim, and then call ASG Auto Sports. If an item is defective, please notify us within 5 days of receipt. We want to assist you. Any RMA return found not to be defective when inspected, would incur a return shipping charge/restocking fee.
What If I Need To Make A Warranty Claim And Return A Purchase?

Can I Cancel My Order After It’s Been Placed?
Maybe. Hurry! The ASG Auto Sports team prides itself on fast order processing and shipping. If your order has already shipped, you'll need to follow the return process above.
Do I Have To Pay For Return Shipping?
If a part is defective or damaged or we made an error, we’ll assist you with return shipping costs. In all other circumstances, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. When you contact us for an RMA number, ask about our discounted return shipping labels.
What If My Return Never Arrives?
We won’t be able to issue a refund or exchange if we don’t receive the return this is why all returns must have a valid tracking number. We actually recommend insuring anything you're shipping back to us.
Is There A Cancellation Fee?
Not usually. If the cancelled product process was completed before the item was shipped.
How Long Will It Take To Process My Refund?
The time we receive the return item until we process the refund is usually 6-7 days.
